From Zero to Platform — Building M2 from the Inside Out
At M2 Realty Platform, I led a team of four product designers in the B2B Deal Desk — the core business unit that generated the majority of the company’s revenue. Our mission was to turn raw ideas into real, working tools for the real estate market, balancing user needs, legal complexity, and business goals.
I was deeply involved in designing the entire ecosystem: from the main marketing homepage to the mortgage application flow, from mobile app prototypes to full-featured user dashboards for both B2B and B2C clients. Among the key directions I owned were the Mortgage Broker Service, Electronic Registration, Remote Signing, and the Online Deal experience — every part of the deal lifecycle had to feel seamless, fast, and trustworthy.
What made this work exciting was that we started from scratch — there was no legacy, just an ambitious vision. I helped shape the product’s foundation through constant iteration, close work with stakeholders, and hands-on prototyping. We literally built the platform screen by screen, logic by logic, hypothesis by hypothesis.
A big part of my role was product R&D — designing and testing concepts before they reached development. I regularly created interactive prototypes to explore new flows, test user behaviors, and validate ideas early. This included both internal product evolution and strategic partnership tools for major players in the mortgage and real estate market.
This project gave me a rare chance to work at the intersection of design, strategy, and operations — where every decision impacts how people buy property, sign deals, and move through complex processes with ease and confidence.
