From 2013 to 2017, I served as the Head of the Design Department at Unified Medical Information and Analytical System (UMIAS) in Moscow, managing a team of 12 designers. My role encompassed overseeing workflows, ensuring quality and timely delivery, and strategically allocating resources across multiple projects.
I spearheaded the development of UI/UX elements for critical interfaces, including the Doctors’ Automated Workplace (AWP) and mobile applications, leading the migration to an enhanced, modern design system. Additionally, I refined the KPI EMIAS style guide and UI kit to ensure consistency across platforms.
Beyond design execution, I played a pivotal role in expanding the design department, fostering idea generation, and crafting creative concepts to elevate project outcomes. I also contributed to corporate identity development for a consortium comprising Lanit Group, Vizex, and Solit Clouds, while collaborating with the sales team on presale activities, particularly the IDVP project.
This role combined strategic leadership with hands-on creativity, shaping impactful solutions that elevated the user experience and established cohesive brand identities.
